SECTION 943.361. Statewide criminal analysis laboratory system; funding through fine surcharges.

1(1) 2Funds deposited pursuant to ss. 7938.055 8and 9938.07 10for the statewide criminal analysis laboratory system shall be used for state reimbursements to local county-operated crime laboratories enumerated in s. 31943.35(1), 32and for the equipment, health, safety, and training of member crime laboratories of the statewide criminal analysis laboratory system.
51(2) 52Moneys deposited pursuant to ss. 57938.055 58and 59938.07 60for the statewide criminal analysis laboratory system shall be appropriated by the Legislature in accordance with the provisions of chapter 216 and with the purposes stated in subsection (1).
