SECTION 943.253. Exemption; elected officers.

1Elected officers are exempt from the requirements of ss. 10943.08511-12943.2513. However, an elected officer may participate in the programs and benefits under ss. 27943.08528-29943.25 30if he or she complies with s. 37943.13(1)38-(7).
