SECTION 941.11. Penalty for noncompliance with s. 941.10.

1Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his or her custody under the Governor’s warrant, in willful disobedience to s. 31941.10, 32shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 47775.082 48or s. 50775.08351.
