  SECTION 939.14. County not to pay costs in cases where information is not filed or indictment found.

  • 1When a committing trial court judge holds to bail or commits any person to answer a criminal charge in a county court or a circuit court, and an information is not filed nor an indictment found against such person, the costs of such committing trial shall not be paid by the county, except the costs for executing the warrant.
