SECTION 939.12. Cost against state in Supreme Court.

1The clerk of the Supreme Court shall give, upon application, a certified copy of any judgment against the state upon appeal in criminal cases, and the state shall pay the same to the appellant, or the appellant’s agent or attorney, on demand.
