SECTION 933.30. Inspector; restrictions on giving information, testifying, etc.

1A person performing an inspection pursuant to the authority of this act shall not give information as a confidential informer, testify as a witness, or execute an affidavit as a predicate for the issuance of a criminal search warrant or for probable cause to search any dwelling or other building without a criminal search warrant.
