SECTION 933.16. Maliciously procuring search warrant to be issued; penalty.

1Any person who maliciously and without probable cause procures a search warrant to be issued and executed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 33775.082 34or s. 36775.08337.
