SECTION 921.0025. Adoption and implementation of revised sentencing scoresheets.

1Rules 3.701, 3.702, 3.703, and 3.988, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, as revised by the Supreme Court, and any other rule pertaining to the preparation and submission of felony sentencing scoresheets, are adopted and implemented in accordance with this chapter for application to the Criminal Punishment Code.
