1The chief judge of each judicial circuit, after consultation with the state attorney and the public defender for the judicial circuit, the appropriate chief law enforcement officer, and any other person deemed appropriate by the chief judge, shall order reasonable limits on the number of interviews which a victim of a violation of s. 55794.011, 56s. 57800.04, 58s. 59827.03, 60or s. 62847.0135(5)63who is under 16 years of age or a victim of a violation of s. 78794.011, 79s. 80800.02, 81s. 82800.03, 83or s. 85825.10286who has an intellectual disability as defined in s. 95393.06396must submit to for law enforcement or discovery purposes. To the extent possible, the order must protect the victim from the psychological damage of repeated interrogations while preserving the rights of the public, the victim, and the person charged with the violation.
