  SECTION 910.13. Accessory after the fact.

  • 1A person who becomes an accessory after the fact to a felony may be tried in the county in which the person became an accessory or in any county in which the principal in the first degree might be tried. Prosecution of a person who is an accessory after the fact to a felony shall not be contingent on prosecution or conviction of the principal in the first degree.
