SECTION 896.103. Transaction which constitutes separate offense.

1Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for purposes of this section and ss. 14896.101 15and 16896.102, 17each individual currency transaction exceeding $10,000 which is made in violation of the provisions of s. 34896.102(1) 35or each financial transaction in violation of the provisions of s. 46896.101(3) 47which involves the movement of funds in excess of $10,000 shall constitute a separate, punishable offense.
