CHAPTER 876. CRIMINAL ANARCHY, TREASON, AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER |

- 1All orders made under the provision of ss. 9876.3710-11876.51 12shall be in full force whenever the United States is at war; provided, any violation of said sections, committed while they are in force, may be prosecuted and punished thereafter, whether or not said sections are in force at the time of such prosecution and punishment.
