CHAPTER 876. CRIMINAL ANARCHY, TREASON, AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER |

- 1Whoever having knowledge of the commission of treason conceals the same and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known such treason to the Governor or one of the justices of the Supreme Court or a judge of the circuit court, shall be judged guilty of the offense of misprision of treason, a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 67775.082, 68s. 69775.083, 70or s. 72775.08473.
