SECTION 876.24. Membership in subversive organization; penalty.

1It shall be unlawful for any person to become or to remain a member of a subversive organization or a foreign subversive organization knowing said organization to be a subversive organization or foreign subversive organization. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 58775.082, 59s. 60775.083, 61or s. 63775.08464.
