SECTION 874.10. Directing the activities of a criminal gang.

1Any person who knowingly initiates, organizes, plans, finances, directs, manages, or supervises criminal gang-related activity commits a felony of the first degree, punishable by imprisonment for a term of years not exceeding life or as provided in s. 39775.082, 40s. 41775.083, 42or s. 44775.08445.
