SECTION 870.01. Affrays and riots.

1(1) 2All persons guilty of an affray shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 23775.082 24or s. 26775.08327.
28(2) 29All persons guilty of a riot, or of inciting or encouraging a riot, shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 57775.082, 58s. 59775.083, 60or s. 62775.08463.
