SECTION 861.06. Obstructing harbors.

1The master or other person in charge of any steamer, vessel, barge, or lighter, or any other person who violates the provisions of law relative to the protection of harbors, shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 46775.082, 47s. 48775.083, 49or s. 51775.08452.
