SECTION 860.091. Violations of s. 860.05, s. 860.08, or s. 860.09 resulting in death; penalty.

1Any person who violates the provisions of s. 9860.05, 10s. 11860.08, 12or s. 14860.09 15when such violation results in the death of another person is guilty of homicide as defined in chapter 782, punishable as provided in s. 39775.08240.
