SECTION 860.04. Riding or attempting to ride on a railroad train with intent to ride free.

- 1Any person who, without permission of those having authority, with the intention of being transported free, rides or attempts to ride on any railroad train in this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 44775.082 45or s. 47775.08348.
