  SECTION 849.30. Plaintiff entitled to writs of attachment, garnishment and replevin.

  • 1In any suit under ss. 6849.267-8849.34, 9the plaintiff shall be entitled to writs of attachment and garnishment for the sums of money, exclusive of attorney’s fees, sued for the use and benefit of persons other than the state, in the same manner and to the same extent as in an action on contract; and, in any suit under this chapter for the recovery of a thing of value other than money, the plaintiff shall be entitled to a writ of replevin for the recovery of such thing of value, in the manner and to the extent provided by the replevin statutes of the state.
