SECTION 849.233. Penalty for violation of s. 849.231.

1Any person, including any enforcement officer, clerk or prosecuting official who shall violate the provisions of s. 18849.231 19shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 34775.082 35or s. 37775.08338.
