SECTION 847.0147. Obscene telephone service prohibited; penalty.

1(1) 2It is unlawful for any telephone subscriber to sell, offer for sale, or transmit, over telephone lines, any obscene material or message described and promoted as “adult” and of a nature which is commonly understood to be for the purposes of sexually oriented entertainment.
46(2) 47Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 70775.082 71or s. 73775.08374.
