SECTION 843.09. Escape through voluntary action of officer.

1If a jailer or other officer voluntarily suffers a prisoner in her or his custody, upon conviction of any criminal charge, to escape, she or he shall be guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 42775.082, 43s. 44775.083, 45or s. 47775.08448.
