  SECTION 831.16. Having fewer than 10 counterfeit coins in possession with intent to utter.

  • 1Whoever has in his or her possession any number of pieces fewer than 10 of the counterfeit coin mentioned in s. 22831.15, 23knowing the same to be counterfeit, with intent to utter or pass the same as true, or who utters, passes or tenders in payment as true any such counterfeit coin, knowing the same to be false and counterfeit, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 73775.082, 74s. 75775.083, 76or s. 78775.08479.
