  SECTION 83.681. Orders to enjoin violations of this part.

  • 1(1) 2A landlord who gives notice to a tenant of the landlord’s intent to terminate the tenant’s lease pursuant to s. 2283.56(2)(a), 23due to the tenant’s intentional destruction, damage, or misuse of the landlord’s property may petition the county or circuit court for an injunction prohibiting the tenant from continuing to violate any of the provisions of that part.
    60(2) 61The court shall grant the relief requested pursuant to subsection (1) in conformity with the principles that govern the granting of injunctive relief from threatened loss or damage in other civil cases.
    93(3) 94Evidence of a tenant’s intentional destruction, damage, or misuse of the landlord’s property in an amount greater than twice the value of money deposited with the landlord pursuant to s. 12483.49 125or $300, whichever is greater, shall constitute irreparable harm for the purposes of injunctive relief.
