SECTION 828.26. Penalties.

1(1) 2Any person who violates the provisions of ss. 10828.2211-12828.26 13and any rule associated with these sections shall be subject to an administrative fine of up to $10,000 for each violation.
35(2) 36Unless otherwise provided, any person who violates any provision of ss. 47828.2248-49828.26 50commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 62775.082 63or s. 65775.08366.
67(3) 68Nothing in this section precludes the enforcement of s. 77828.12, 78relating to cruelty to animals.
