SECTION 828.24. Prohibited acts; exemption.

1(1) 2No person shall kill an animal in any way except by an approved humane method.
17(2) 18No person shall shackle or hoist with intent to kill any animal prior to rendering the animal insensitive to pain.
38(3) 39Nothing in this section precludes the enforcement of s. 48828.12 49relating to cruelty to animals.
