SECTION 826.01. Bigamy; punishment.

1Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries another person shall, except in the cases mentioned in s. 19826.02, 20be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 34775.082, 35s. 36775.083, 37or s. 39775.08440.
