SECTION 817.67. Penalties.

1(1) 2A person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 28775.082 29or s. 31775.08332.
33(2) 34A person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 59775.082, 60s. 61775.083, 62or s. 64775.08465.
