  SECTION 817.355. Fraudulent creation or possession of admission ticket.

  • 1(1) 2Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3), a person who counterfeits, forges, alters, clones, or possesses a ticket, card, wristband, or other medium that accesses or is associated with a ticket; or a ticket, token, or paper designed for admission to or the rendering of services by a sports, amusement, concert, or other facility offering services to the general public, with the intent to defraud such facility, commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 82775.082 83or s. 85775.08386.
    87(2) 88A person who commits a second or subsequent violation of subsection (1) commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 112775.082, 113s. 114775.083, 115or s. 117775.084118.
    119(3) 120A person who counterfeits, forges, alters, clones, or possesses 10 or more tickets, cards, wristbands, or other media that access or are associated with a ticket, token, or paper designed for admission to or the rendering of services by a sports, amusement, concert, or other facility offering services to the general public with the intent to defraud such facility, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 191775.082, 192s. 193775.083, 194or s. 196775.084197.
