SECTION 817.31. Unlawful use of insignia of American Legion; penalty.

1Any person who willfully wears the badge, button or other insignia of the American Legion shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 31775.082 32or s. 34775.083; 35provided, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to any member of the American Legion.
