SECTION 817.2361. False or fraudulent proof of motor vehicle insurance.

1Any person who, with intent to deceive any other person, creates, markets, or presents a false or fraudulent proof of motor vehicle insurance commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 36775.082, 37s. 38775.083, 39or s. 41775.08442.
