SECTION 817.021. False information to obtain a seaport security identification card.

1A person who willfully and knowingly provides false information in obtaining or attempting to obtain a seaport security identification card commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 33775.082 34or s. 36775.08337.
