SECTION 812.176. Rulemaking authority.

1The Department of Legal Affairs shall have the power to adopt rules pursuant to chapter 120 as necessary to implement the provisions of the Convenience Business Security Act. The security measures and training provisions of ss. 37812.173 38and 39812.174 40shall meet the requirements of the department as set forth by rule.
