1(1) 2A person commits unlawful exposure of sexual organs by:
11(a) 12Exposing or exhibiting his or her sexual organs in public or on the private premises of another, or so near thereto as to be seen from such private premises, in a vulgar or indecent manner; or
48(b) 49Being naked in public in a vulgar or indecent manner.
59(2)(a) 60Except as provided in paragraph (b), a violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 83775.08284or s. 86775.08387.
88(b) 89A second or subsequent violation of this section is a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 109775.082, 110s. 111775.083, 112or s. 114775.084115.
116(3) 117The exposure of sexual organs by any of the following does not violate this section:
132(a) 133A mother breastfeeding her baby; or
139(b) 140An individual who is merely naked at any place provided or set apart for that purpose.
