SECTION 794.075. Sexual predators; erectile dysfunction drugs.

1(1) 2A person may not possess a prescription drug, as defined in s. 14499.003(40), 15for the purpose of treating erectile dysfunction if the person is designated as a sexual predator under s. 33775.2134.
35(2) 36A person who violates a provision of this section for the first time commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 61775.082 62or s. 64775.08365. A person who violates a provision of this section a second or subsequent time commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 92775.082 93or s. 95775.08396.
