  SECTION 790.145. Crimes in pharmacies; possession of weapons; penalties.

  • 1(1) 2Unless otherwise provided by law, any person who is in possession of a concealed “firearm,” as defined in s. 22790.001(6), 23or a “destructive device,” as defined in s. 32790.001(4), 33within the premises of a “pharmacy,” as defined in chapter 465, is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 59775.082, 60s. 61775.083, 62or s. 64775.08465.
    66(2) 67The provisions of this section do not apply:
    75(a) 76To any law enforcement officer;
    81(b) 82To any person employed and authorized by the owner, operator, or manager of a pharmacy to carry a firearm or destructive device on such premises; or
    108(c) 109To any person licensed to carry a concealed weapon.
