SECTION 77.15. Proceedings against third persons named in answer.

1If the answer of garnishee shows that there is any of defendant’s personal property in the possession or control of any person who has not been garnisheed, on motion of plaintiff a writ of garnishment shall issue against the person having personal property of the defendant and the person shall answer and be liable as other garnishees.
