SECTION 723.042. Provision of improvements.

1A person may not be required by a mobile home park owner or developer, as a condition of residence in the mobile home park, to provide any improvement unless the requirement is disclosed pursuant to s. 37723.012(7) 38prior to occupancy in the mobile home park.
