SECTION 721.8561. Administrative fee

1An administrative fee of $50 per trustee deed for each deed recorded pursuant to the trustee foreclosure procedures set forth in ss. 23721.855 24and 25721.856 26shall be paid and remitted at the same time and in the same manner as documentary stamp taxes imposed pursuant to s. 48201.0249. Revenues from such fees shall be remitted to the Department of Revenue in the same manner as documentary stamp taxes and deposited in the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund.
