  SECTION 715.101. Application of ss. 715.10-715.111.

  • 1(1) 2Sections 3715.104-5715.111 6apply to all tenancies to which part I or part II of chapter 83 are applicable, and to tenancies after a writ of possession has been issued pursuant to s. 36723.06237.
    38(2) 39Sections 40715.1041-42715.111 43provide an optional procedure for the disposition of personal property which remains on the premises after a tenancy has terminated or expired and the premises have been vacated by the tenant through eviction, surrender, abandonment, or otherwise.
    80(3) 81Sections 82715.1083-84715.111 85do not apply to property which exists for the purpose of providing utility services and is owned by a utility, whether or not such property is actually in operation to provide such utility services.
    119(4) 120If the requirements of ss. 125715.10126-127715.111 128are not satisfied, nothing in ss. 134715.10135-136715.111 137affects the rights and liabilities of the landlord, the former tenant, or any other person.
