SECTION 713.50. Liens upon property.

Latest version.

1Liens prior in dignity to all others accruing thereafter shall exist in favor of the following persons, upon the following described personal property under the circumstances hereinafter mentioned in this part. This part is limited to liens on personal property and their enforcement and related matters.
