SECTION 710.117. Custodian’s expenses, compensation, and bond.

1(1) 2A custodian is entitled to reimbursement from custodial property for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of the custodian’s duties.
22(2) 23Except for one who is a transferor under s. 32710.105, 33a custodian has a noncumulative election during each calendar year to charge reasonable compensation for services performed during that year. 53(3) 54Except as provided in s. 59710.121(6), 60a custodian need not give a bond.
