SECTION 703.17. Alteration of abstracts condemned by county for use of the public.

1Any person or persons making any erasure, alteration, interlineation, or interpolation in any abstracts, copies, minutes, extracts, maps, or plats, or in any copies thereof filed in the clerk’s office under the provisions of ss. 36703.0937-38703.11 39and 40703.1341-42703.15 43shall be guilty of the crime of forgery.
