  SECTION 703.04. Abstracting tax sales.

  • 1Whenever the board of county commissioners deems it advisable, it shall have abstracted any or all of the tax sales relating to any real estate situated in the county. This shall be done under the supervision of the clerk, who shall receive service charges as provided in s. 4928.2450. The abstract books shall be so ruled and headed as to show number of certificate, date of sale, the year for which taxes were unpaid, number and page of book where recorded, date of redemption or cancellation, date of deed, number and page of book where recorded, and such other information and in such order as may be deemed advisable by the clerk.
