1It is the express declaration of the Legislature that ss. 1170.001, 1270.45, 13and 1470.51 15have separate and distinct bases, objectives, applications, and processes. It is therefore the intent of the Legislature that ss. 3470.001, 3570.45, 36and 3770.51 38are not to be construed in pari materia.
