  SECTION 7.03. Bay County.

  • 1The boundary lines of Bay County are as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of section eighteen in township two, north, range eleven, west; thence west on the section line to the southwest corner of section eighteen in township two, north, range twelve, west; thence south on the range line dividing ranges twelve and thirteen, west, to the Meridian base line; thence west on the base line to the thread of Pine Log Creek in range sixteen, west; thence southwesterly along the thread of said creek into the Choctawhatchee River to the thread of said river; thence southwesterly along the thread of said river to a point where said river intersects the range line dividing ranges seventeen and eighteen, west; thence south on said range line to the Gulf of Mexico; thence in a southeastwardly direction following the meanderings of said gulf, including the waters of said gulf within the jurisdiction of the State of Florida, including all islands opposite the shoreline to a point where range line dividing ranges eleven and twelve, west, intersects with said gulf; thence north on said range line to place of beginning.
