SECTION 695.14. Unsigned certificate of record.

Latest version.

1Whenever any unsigned certificate on such record of the instruments mentioned in s. 14695.13 15shall contain the date of filing or of recording such instrument, it shall be prima facie evidence of the time of filing or of recording such instrument.
