1(1) 2Except as otherwise provided in this part, this part applies to a transaction or lien within its scope, even if the transaction or lien was entered into or created before July 1, 2013.
35(2) 36The amendments to this chapter by ch. 2012-59, Laws of Florida, do not affect an action, case, or proceeding commenced before July 1, 2013.
