1(1) 2A debtor or secondary obligor may waive the right to notification of disposition of collateral under s. 19679.611 20only by an agreement to that effect entered into and authenticated after default. 33(2) 34A debtor may waive the right to require disposition of collateral under s. 47679.620(5) 48only by an agreement to that effect entered into and authenticated after default. 61(3) 62Except in a consumer-goods transaction, a debtor or secondary obligor may waive the right to redeem collateral under s. 81679.623 82only by an agreement to that effect entered into and authenticated after default.
